If u want to get the local experience of the residential part of San Juan outside city this is perfect..very nice and quiet clean neighborhood with easy access to public transportation but a car may be best.

Host was vey nice, and never bothered us. And the apt was very clean. Despite the neighborhood location being a little bit on the rougher side, never felt unsafe.
Host didn’t provide actual comforter/blanket, only had a light sheet with a light throw on blanket. Plenty of water started leaking from the sink but host did rush to fix the issue.

Space, and kitchen amenities, very clean,with all appliances apart from washing machine.
No hot shower,lukewarm.As in most areas of S.America and Carribean, there are locked iron bar gates on entrances and windows etc ,could be a problem in event of a fire
