    Very friendly and helpful staff. The AC in the room we booked is very noise. The staff provided us few options, and we were able to move to a quiet and spacious room. Location wise, it is close to 二条城， need to take subway to other site-seeing places.

    Though there is a long walking distance between the subway station. But there are alot of food stalls and convinient store nearby. The room is bigger than normal japan hotel room and there is a a large table plus kitchen to cook our own dinner.

    It was a great price super clean spacious for 5. All we needed was there. Walking distance to many attractions!

    Overall this is a great place. There was really only two things we didn't like. #1 the floor is carpet tiles like you'd see in an office building. They're not very comfortable and they're difficult to clean vs a hard floor. Secondly the AC unit leaked condensate water on the floor (carpet tiles). The room had a musty smell and there was a dehumidifier in the room so I suspect they put it there vs. fixing the leak. (Room 402).
