Host was kind to let us store lugagge earlier due to very rainy weather. Pretty nice apartment, spacious n cosy, with nice kitchenette. Location is accessible to the main road, maybe a 2-3 minutes walk within the alley. Accesible for taxis. Short 5 min walk to the subway entrance.
Just maybe a little bit harder to locate, we found a different place next door at first. The corridor leading to the unit was not well lighted during nighttime, but the unit itself is worth staying.

Got 2 separate rooms
The location was a bit far from train station. The location provided by owner from goggle map was incorrect, luckily i met someone to bring me to the correct building.

신오쿠보역에서 천천히 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 있어서 전철 이용이 편리했고, 조용한 주택가에 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 일단 도쿄시내에서 이 정도 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티면 더 바랄 수 없는 수준이었습니다. 가족이 많아서 방 2개인 곳을 신청했는데 웬만한 호텔보다 넓고 편안했습니다. 출입문도 전자식 번호키라서 편리했습니다. 전화 로밍을 하지 않고 데이터만 이용하면서 호스트님과 카톡으로 소통했는데, 바로바로 답변이 오지는 않았지만 문의를 하거나 요청드린 사항에 대해 친절하게 처리해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 화장실도 너무 깨끗하고 온수도 잘 나왔습니다. 앞으로 도쿄에 갈 때마다 이용할 것 같습니다~!!!
여행자 모두가 로밍을 하지는 않기 때문에 단순 데이터요금제나 와이파이도시락을 들고 간다면 호스트님과 전화하는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문에 가능하다면 카톡이나 SNS DM 등을 통해서 소통할 수 있는 방법이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 전화 로밍을 하지 않고 갔는데, 첫 날 숙소 도착 직전까지 숙박장소에 대한 세부정보가 없어서 현장에서 약간 곤란했었습니다. 숙소 안에 벽걸이냉온풍기 사용방법이나 쓰레기 정리방법 같은 간단한 이용안내서가 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 또, 1층 입구에 대한 사진 안내가 있으면 좋을 듯 합니다. 구글맵 등에서 확인하는 게 쉽지 않거든요. 암튼 그럼에도 불구하고 전반적으로 좋았습니다^^
