This beach cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a wraparound deck with a screened-in porch. The house has new air conditioning throughout for your comfort. A sunny light bathroom and a large outdoor shower.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the cottage is conveniently situated across the street from a saltwater pond ideal for kayaking and canoeing. Just down the street, you’ll find a boat launch and a “kiddie” beach. You can easily walk, bike, or drive less than one mile to miles of beautiful ocean beach. The cottage also comes with a parking pass for the local beach lots and is dog-friendly.
The cottage sits on a landscaped corner lot with fantastic views of the pond. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the water with a cup of coffee in the kitchen or on the screened-in porch. The nearby lot is perfect for launching kayaks or canoes, and you can bring chairs to relax by the water with a book or snack.
For outdoor enthusiasts, this location is ideal for kayaking, birdwatching, and hiking. The local Green Hill and Ninigret salt ponds are ideal for exploring, swimming, and birdwatching. Tidy house. Great location. Responsive owner. Would give 5 stars but the carpets and couch were stained and the mattress cover was dirty.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cottage. From the second we arrived it was quiet, serene, and beautiful. It was our first time staying in the area and we loved it. The pond was great for fishing and kayaking and our young kids (4 and 7) loved the Kiddie beach. The house had everything we needed and more! The screened in porch was my favorite part! Have to give an extra shout out to Anita who was amazing to deal with! We were uncertain of our travel plans up to the last minute and she was so understanding and helpful. Thank you for allowing us a long overdue vacation and a little escape from the craziness that is 2020!
