Welcome to the Lobster House! Central A/C! 1.5 miles to the beach!!

Welcome to the Lobster house in the quaint area of Greenhill/Ocean Ridge. This perfect little beach house is a quick bike ride to the beach and has all the amenities to make your stay this summer wonderful! The lobster house is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Brand new kitchen with seating for 8-10, (pics coming soon) big beautiful, quiet back yard equipped with firepit, yard games, and other amenities. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

A wonderful, relaxing week at The Lobster House! Close to all South County beaches, The Umbrella Factory, Theater By The Sea, and many great restaurants. The host was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed grilling and toasting marshmallows on the patio. Rooms were a good size, and the home is nicely decorated with a Coastal theme.

Nice location with a beach pass to the town beach which was very nice. The house is big enough to accommodate a large family. The patio was a relaxing spot to spend time together, we enjoyed the games provided!

Lovely stay at the lobster house. It had everything we needed and the owners were extremely communicative. It was in a great little neighborhood, close to all the things we wanted to do and I loved the beach pass to the local beach which was a nice beach compared to some of the more crowded ones.
