5 minutes to beautiful RI beaches! Inviting home with outdoor shower, fire pit.

Great, comfortable home-location was private, quiet yet close enough to everything. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (including knives that weren’t dull!!) and the beach pass, chairs, boogie boards etc. Cheryl was very responsive to our questions-we had a great experience!

We loved Cheryl‘s cottage and had a wonderful visit there. The beach pass to the town park was fabulous. Property was very clean. Had plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed for our visit. I was glad that I saw on the reviews that I needed to bring my own sheets and towels so that I knew that ahead of time. Cheryl did a great job communicating was very available when I had questions. I highly recommend the property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to local beaches, restaurants and our friends in the area. The property is well stocked with kitchen dinnerware, cooking pots and pans and other small appliances which we were not expecting. The house was very clean and the bathroom upgrades were a pleasant surprise. There is ample parking in the driveway to get cars off the street. Cheryl was a pleasure and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to others looking to rent in this area.

Very nice Stay. Comfortable and quiet. Nice neighborhood close to the water.
