Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-January through mid-February.

The apt was roomy, very clean, and contained plenty starter amenities. Beds are super comfortable. The front bathroom could benefit from another towel bar and/or wall hooks. Master bath was perfect. The location is great. Away from the busiest touristy area but beautiful beach and water fun for families and kids. I did not like needing to go through a management company IN ADDITION to VRBO. Nothing in the description says the apt is directly across from elevator but it turned out to be okay. I was never disturbed by elevator noise. The price can't be beat so any tiny irritants are quickly forgiven!

Can’t beat being on the beach. Pools look nice, but We didn’t use them. The beach was the star of our vacation.
