About this apartment rental
Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-January through mid-February.
Welcome to Splash 1102w. This beautiful condo is located on the 11th floor. Has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Master Bedroom has its own Balcony views and access to the Balcony.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need from a coffee maker, dishes, pans, silverware, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up after meals. The dining area has a wooden round table with seating for 4.
In the living room, you will see breathtaking views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and Private Bath. Master Bathroom features a tower/tun combo, double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bedroom with its own TV to wind down to at night.
The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Right outside of the guest bathroom is an in-unit Washer and Dryer!
Splash Resort is steps away from the beach, has multiple on-site pools and hot tubs, is close to all the attractions Pier Park has to offer, has its own on-site fitness center and so much more!
*This resort requires guests to register at their front desk on-site - a Registration fee will be collected for each reservation.

Nice Condo. Pretty well stocked. The view is very beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The rental company was very easy to communicate with and made things easy for us!The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is broken, which did not bother me but I know it can be a deal breaker for some to sleep without a fan.The living room TV would not connect to the internet but eventually it did. The parking is across the street and its a long walk to the elevators. The donut shop was very convenient and the food was good but the staff was RUDE which had nothing to do with this particular condo just thought it was worth mentioning.

The good: The check-in process was a breeze. The VIEW is spectacular during the day and the night. 11th floor was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. Lots of kitchen utensils. The elevator wait times were not that bad at all either. The pool area was nice. The kids splash pad is probably best suited for kids 4. My 2-year-old was a little apprehensive of the big bucket of water that dumps. The food/bar area was nice, and the servers were quick and polite. Nearby restaurants were great as well. Now... for the not so great: Going from the parking garage to the room was a hike. It was fine for me, but for people who may have issues walking or a bad back, it may not be the best. When we got to the room, the fridge was warm but eventually cooled off. The floor was quite sandy when we got there - but there was a vacuum. The fan in the master bedroom did not work (we brought our own). Several lights were out. There was a leak in the extra bedroom that soaked my mother in laws suitcase. They did come quickly to fix the leak. What we didn't know: Beach Chairs are 50-55 for 2 chairs and an umbrella per day. Additionally, the beach is not private and for SPLASH guests only - it is a PUBLIC access beach. So, even if you rent chairs, people can still come set up their own umbrella in front of you.
