The spacious master offers a king size bed with its own sliding glass door to wake up to the emerald blue water view. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity with a walk in shower and soaking tub for your relaxation. The second bedroom offers a king size bed for guest with a spacious closet. The bunk area offers custom bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top decorated in nautical theme. Guests will appreciate the convenience of second bathroom with a tub shower combo.
One of the most convenient features of the unit is the washer/dryer allowing you to keep beach attire fresh and clean throughout your stay.
Walking into the living area feels like you are in the beach The large living area has a sofa bed accommodating those extra guest if needed in queen size. A new wood table accommodates 4 people with additional seating at the island.
The first floor unit offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury for your beach front vacation. Splash offers a children's water park featuring the small slide and the giant bucket of water to splash on your head, or jump in the pool to cool off. A relaxing hot tub and lazy river for enjoyment. Additional fee at check in will need to be paid at the resort for parking and arm bands at the Welcome Center, that fee is $35 per vehicle.

The unit was perfect for our family of 7. Spacious, clean, up to date. Amazing views of the beach. Host was awesome, she gave us some great recommendations for dinning. And communication was perfect! Will be booking here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and well maintained. The host Diana was quick to respond to our questions. The view was amazing. The condo itself, was beautiful. We love that this condo is on the 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of the condo was great! It was also well-stocked in the kitchen and with beach towels!

The condo itself is so beautiful. The property manager, Diana is very helpful and available at all times.
However, the elevators are the slowest I’ve ever seen. Luckily the condo is on the first floor because we used the steps the entire time. I do not recommend checking into the room before it’s cleaned. Overall, we loved the room but the resort is not so great. The room comes with beach chairs and claim to be first come first serve but they aren’t- there are three rows of chairs and because the room is assigned with 4 chairs, you’ll never get the front row unless you give the kid an extra $100. They do not keep the stairs to the beach cleaned- making it extremely slippery from the packed sand- six people fell the morning I did. I was told it happened several times bc the resort hadn’t cleaned them in days.
