Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu along with a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

The room was clean and had all the items necessary and more for a great stay. The view was beautiful in all directions. The pool area was a hit. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you!

Check in was fast/easy. Parking was always available on the main floor. Loved the pools, beach access and the extra amenities from Explorie (free arcade, golf, etc...). 10/10 recommend staying here. Room was clean, owner texted me right back when i had a comment to share. Very pleased with our stay and would love to come back again sometime. Cheers,

Condo itself was good. Clean, roomy, equipped kitchen with starter packs ( toiletries, dishwashing liquid etc…). Plenty of room. Great patio/deck in 17th floor.
Property Not senior citizen friendly. LONG walk from garage to room. Need more elevators. I heard multiple guests mention a 40 min line for elevator at check out time. Good for families but crowded for couples or retirees. Depends on your needs whether this is good fit. Good deal for the price. Right in the water.
