From the beginning of my booking to the end of my time at Mike's condo was a great experience. He answered quickly and promptly with anything I asked or needed. He checked on us halfway through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was gorgeous, everything was available for our use. I loved the condo being on the 2nd floor. I also loved that the balcony was right on the beach and I could go out and sit to hear the ocean sounds. I have no complaints. Thank you Mike. I will stay again in the future.

Mike was great and answered right away with any issue we had. If I were just rating the owner it would be 5 stars. This was our 3rd year staying in Splash and we decided to get a smaller room than normal because we had less people coming. When we came into the room the guest bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. I brought cleaner so I cleaned the bathroom again before my daughter used it. The appliances in the kitchen are very dated with rust all over the side of the refrigerator. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes so I hand washed all week. The cabinets have duct tape on the edges where they are falling apart. It was one of the more run down condos we have stayed in. As for the beach, view and the amenities, I would give 5 stars. The week was fantastic with great weather and wildlife.
