This beautiful family-managed 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront 17th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.

Splash Resort includes a wonderful 'smoke free' family oriented environment with a climate controlled skybridge that connects the East and West towers, so that all amenities of the resort can be easily accessed from either tower without going outside the resort. The East tower will keep all the kids busy with a huge pool, lazy river, toddler splash pad, snack bar, fitness center, 2 gas grills, gulf front sitting areas, and just a quick skywalk away from the West tower which includes the water park, hot tub, pool, and game room for all of your family fun!
We pride ourselves in our unit's cleanliness, but also our affordable rates and ability to manage the property. Splash Resort is excellent with the beach just steps from your condo and just minutes from Pier Park, which is central to all things shopping, entertainment, and many fabulous restaurants.

The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.
We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens.
NOTES:
There is an additional one-time $40 registration fee that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price. This is for wrist bands for all guests and parking permit.

We enjoyed our stay. There were things to do at the resort and you didn't have to leave at all. The bed in the master bedroom wasn't great, but we managed.

This property was just as listed. This was our first time booking at Splash Resort and the kids absolutely LOVED it. Will be booking here again.

The Room was nice Over All. The Patio Furniture was Old and Rusty. There Were not Enough Bed Covers. The Room was Clean, but Under the Bed and Dressers were Filthy. The View Was Great. The Code to get into the Room is Way to Many Numbers. You need to be a Rocket Scientist to Memorize the Door Code. I Explained the Situation to the Owner and He wasn't very Helpful about the code, Covers and Cleanness.
