The cozy living area features an ultra-comfortable sofa and opens onto a charming little balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with hotel-quality linens. Please note that the room is accessible via stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
A professional cleaning service ensures the apartment is spotless between stays.

Some minor cosmetic hairline cracks are currently being repaired. A survey has confirmed these are non-structural and pose no risk.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

The check in and check out information about the keynest was inaccurate in the e-mails sent.We enjoyed or stay and the apartment is very pleasant. My only criticisms are that the bottom sheet on the double bed was too small to tuck in under the mattress, and the key system.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was in a great location, so easy to walk to the different sights. We were also a 2 minute walk to the Metro. Even though the the entrance is on a busy street, the flat is very quiet which was exactly what we were hoping for. The flat is small, which is to be expected, but we did not need more room at all. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, although there was no microwave as listed.It is on the 6th floor. And then the bedroom is up another flight of stairs. Thankfully the bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom! We are both hovering around 60 years old and were able to navigate the stairs just fine. We'd laugh at the end of the day that we had saved enough energy to make it up!Picking up the key was easy, but getting into the first couple of doors was tricky. We were sent a video to watch, but when we tried to watch the video it said we needed permission to access it. We asked for permission twice and never received a response. It was frustrating at the time as we were exhausted by a red-eye flight with no sleep, and then had to call Guest Ready to have someone talk us through it. Beyond that, Guest Ready was very responsive and helpful.

Great location. Socially active area yet quiet overnight. Best of both worlds. Only negative would be for people who might struggle with stairs. Great price and clean.
