Welcome to our stylish apartment located in the heart of Paris, rue Pierre Lescot, right next to Châtelet-Les Halles. With a long balcony offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, this charming studio apartment is the perfect place for your stay in the City of Lights.
🏠 The Apartment:
Our 25 m2 studio with 3 French windows, has a spacious and well-appointed living area, equipped with a sofa and a comfortable Murphy bed. The large windows open onto a balcony, allowing you to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while admiring the panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower, the Bourse de Commerce and the canopy of the halls.
In the distance, the Montparnasse Tower and the Beaubourg center nearby.
The enclosed kitchen is compact but fully equipped, perfect for preparing a meal to enjoy in front of the windows overlooking the city
. The bright and modern bathroom is equipped with all the necessities.
📍 Location:
Located at the foot of Châtelet-Les Halles, this studio offers direct access to Paris' top attractions, shopping, and cultural districts. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Marais are just a few minutes' walk away, and the view from the balcony will allow you to immerse yourself in the Parisian atmosphere as soon as you wake up.
At the bottom of the building, rush into the "trou des halles", you are 1 RER station from the Gare du Nord and the Gare de Lyon! More central, it doesn't exist in Paris.

The surrounding streets are full of unique boutiques, gourmet restaurants and typical Parisian cafes. You will also find Les Halles, the largest visited shopping mall in France, ideal for a day of shopping.
