About this apartment rental
Very nice view of the heart of Paris: canopy of the Forum des Halles shopping center, Saint Eustache Church and the Eiffel Tower in the background.
Apartment located in the heart of Paris.
2 rooms (including 1 bedroom), comfortable and spacious: 52m2
Exposed beams, very quiet on the top floor of the building (with elevator) and bright (7 windows).
Ideal location:
Less than 5 minutes walk from the largest underground station in Europe in Chatelet - Les Halles:
- 3 RER lines (A, B, D) Direct access to airports (Charles de Gaule and Orly allow about 30 to 35 minutes)
- 5 metro lines (line 1, 4, 7, 11, 14)
Near the apartment:
- In 15 minutes walk, Louvre museum, Notre Dame Cathedral...
- around the apartment within 500 meters, numerous bars, restaurants, shops, jazz vaults, cinemas, escape game, food shops, museums
Ideal for a couple or a family (children above 12 years old).

52 m2 apartment on the 6th and last floor with elevator including a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet:
1. Living room of more than 20 m2 with exposed beams, 4 windows, 2 of which are in Paris (we see the Eiffel Tower in the distance, the Saint Eustache church and the Forum des Halles): 1 easy-to-use leather sofa bed with quality bedding (140X190cm), 1 coffee table, 2 leather armchairs, 1 dining table, 4 chairs, 1 HIFI system and 1 large screen TV
2. Kitchen with window closing with a door and fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 2-burner induction hob, rice cooker, sodastream, filter coffee maker, dishes and all the equipment necessary to cook
3. Bedroom with a double bed 160X200 cm, 1 desk, 2 chairs and a dressing room with 3 doors (1 of which is mirrored).
4. Bathroom with 1 bathtub and wall-mounted shower, 1 wardrobe, 1 washbasin cabinet, 1 large mirror, 1 hairdryer, iron and ironing board
5. Separate toilet with hand basin
WIFI / free broadband Internet. Individual heating and water heater.
Bed and bathroom linen are provided.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the location is perfect. I find its close to most of the attractions. Inside the unit is very quiet. The host was available for any questions that we might have had in a timely manner. I would love to come back again!

We spent 5 days in this apartment and it was everything we would have wanted. Superb location at Les Halles some 100 steps from three Metro stations, with great shopping and numerous restaurants and walkable distances to the Louvre and many other sites. The apartment itself is well catered for clean. The Owner is personable, simpatico and easy to communicate with. We might well be back!

Everything was just as shown. Elevator was a great benefit after traipsing all day on cobblestone streets. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. Bed was comfortable. View was simply awesome. Host was attentive and let us in early.
