Cozy Cottage - 20 Minutes from Niagara Falls

This cozy cottage was perfectly located between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay here for our trip trip to Buffalo and Niagara Falls! This location about 20 minutes from both, so it was a perfect location for us. The house is back away from the road a bit so it was nice and quiet for us. There is also a wonderful boardwalk on the Niagara River which is close by and we used often. My wife loves Tim Horton's and there was one right down the street for her to get her morning coffee. The place was clean and simple and we enjoyed our stay.The owner was great and communicated very well. He even moved up our check in time since we got there early. We did have an issue with the key getting misplaced, and Andrew, the owner, made sure we got a replacement quickly. Maybe the key could be put on a slightly thicker keychain to help it not slip out of pocket and get lost as easily. We would go back and stay again. This location was great for us and we enjoyed your stay. If you're doing what we did and going to Buffalo and the Falls, this would be an ideal location for you to stay while you're in the area!

Cottage truly is home away from home. It had everything I needed and was so comfortable The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. Would love to book again and highly recommend.

Small accommodations - bed is too big for the bedroom. Front door has to be locked at all times (maybe it’s because of furniture placement).Listing states air conditioning - weather unexpectedly turned warm & I questioned about air conditioning and was told they hadn’t installed it yet. Host told me to open windows and use the portable fan.Although the windows did have screens the sills were very dirty.
