New appliances in furnished kitchen. Basement with front load washer and dryer.
Parking is on the street but since most neighbors have driveways you should be able to park I right in front of house.

Short drive or Uber to downtown and Canalside. Less than three miles to medical corridor. Under 30 minutes to Niagara Falls.
Other things to note This is a pet friendly apartment. If you do decide to bring your furry friend please check the appropriate box during the booking in the section when you select the number of guests. Apartment was clean and very cozy. As stated off street parking , most times found a parking spot in front of house, one night had to park around corner, which was not a big deal for us at all. There is a tenant upstairs that you could hear walking around in the am, again not an issue for us but may be for others that want to sleep late. Location was excellent , 10-15 minutes from Keybank Stadium and restaurants within walking range, didn’t have a chance to walk around but safe cute neighborhood, would definitely stay again!

Nice apartment but the parking was very difficult. It would be great for a younger person who can walk more and carry groceries, etc. the beds, sheets and pillows were not as nice as I have had at all my previous stays in Buffalo. The place was spacious and pretty. the owner was responsive to our needs.
