One bedroom apartment on first floor wheelchair accessible and conveniently located in a very safe neighborhood. Fast Wi-Fi connection with smart TV. Near Niagara Falls Air Reserve station, Niagara University, University at Buffalo, Buffalo State College. Three Canadian borders.

We had family in from Florida for our wedding and everyone could not stay with us. This was a great option for us. Close to our house and venue. The apt was clean and comfortable. The a/c was cold and also had a fan in the bedroom. Sofabed was comfortable and roomy. Definitely cheaper than a hotel with a lot more space. A safe place to be. We will definitely be using this place again when family is in town.

This place was great. It was clean, comfy, and offered everything we needed for a short stay. The location is great, as we were about 15 minutes from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls (both places we were visiting and exploring). Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area.
