Freakhouse is a historic building from the early 1900s, completely renovated with a shared entrance and two independent apartments, nestled in the heart of the Baroque city of Modica (RG)

Located in a pedestrian zone, Freakhouse is the ideal place to rediscover a sense of leisure and relaxation and enjoy breathtaking views of the historic alleyways, rooftops, and gardens. Furnished with vibrant flair and artistic attention to detail, it offers its guests a delightful experience.
Located in a pedestrian zone in Modica, Freakhose is the ideal place to rediscover a sense of leisure and relaxation and enjoy breathtaking views of the historic alleyways, rooftops, and gardens. Furnished with lively flair and artistic attention to detail, it offers its guests delightful experiences.
The shared entrance welcomes guests into a warm and very “Freak” atmosphere, thanks to the various works of art—both paintings and sculptures—created by the owner, Antonio, himself. A large, comfortable sofa allows guests to take it all in and enjoy that much-desired moment of escape that people seek in vacation spots.
The beating heart of the entire Freakhouse is the staircase—a load-bearing, designer structure made entirely of micro-perforated iron that gives the house a distinctly “industrial” style. The staircase leads to the first and second floors, each housing an independent apartment.
Both are artistic havens, meticulously curated down to the smallest detail with one-of-a-kind pieces and intriguing touches.
The two apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay, including a living room with a kitchen, a dining table, a sleeper chair, and a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
The two small balconies are perfect for breakfast with a wonderful view
or a romantic aperitif overlooking the entire city of Modica.
A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available for guests’ use.
