About this apartment rental
Trinity Barn is a modern barn conversion, with a traditional feel in the pretty Broadland village of Fleggburgh. Downstairs you'll find a well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The back door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed garden with an outdoor dining table & chairs.
The barn is centrally heated throughout, but there's also an electric fire in the open plan dining area and a TV there too. From there you walk through into the living room, with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. At the back of the barn you'll find a ground floor bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
The stairs lead off the dining area straight into the second bedroom which has two 3' single beds, and it's own ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC. Please note there is a low ceiling in the upstairs bedroom.
Outside there's an enclosed garden to the rear/side of the barn, and off road parking at the front for two cars. Two dogs are welcome at Trinity Barn free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the living areas but we woud appreciate your help in keeping them off the furniture.
The award winning Kings Arms pub is just 2 minutes walk from the barn, and there are beautiful countryside walks and public footpaths nearby. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest beaches at Hemsby, Scratby and Winterton.

I was so pleased that we had booked Trinity Cottage. From the outside it has a real Barn look while inside it was spacious, clean and with the light flooding in from the large windows it welcomed you in.
The kitchen was short of nothing if you wanted to prepare your own meals. The sofa were soft & comfortable allowing you to have a good read or watch the smart TV.
The bed was very much to my liking on the firm side which after a number of walks in and around the village plus our regular route march from Winterton towards Sea Palling we slept very well.
Trinity Cottage is a credit to the owners and they do indeed deserve our thanks for offering us the opportunity to stay there.

This property was clean bright and spacious. We wanted for nothing. Lovely enclosed garden. Less than thirty minutes to the coast and a lovely restaurant two minutes away. And a very dog friendly property

We had a lovely few days at Trinity Barn. The information provided before we set off was very useful. We received a text message from the owners when were travelling to confirm that the barn was ready for us, which was a nice touch.
The barn itself is stunning, it has been decorated to a very high standard and is light and airy. The owners have thought of everything so the kitchen is very well stocked. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean.
We found the beds to be really comfortable and both had really good nights sleep for the few days that we were there. I was particularly grateful for the fan in the top bedroom as it was very hot when we were there.
The location is perfect, although there are neighbouring houses it was very peaceful and the little enclosed garden is a nice place for a gin and tonic after a hot day. It is a short drive away from shops, pubs and takeaways ( there is one pub in walking distance- may be more but due to mobility issues we did not walk very far) There is a lot of local information provided by the owners in a folder in the barn
It is a short drive to the beaches and other places to visit.
