About this house rental
Harvest Hide-away is a stunning, light, airy new home with a private, 6 person hot tub in an enclosed garden.
Located in Rollesby, a peaceful, Broads village, it is a 7 min stroll to our local farm shop, with a fantastic selection of locally sourced goodies, superb veggies and eggs from the hens you see wandering around as you enter, & a 10 min drive to hire a day boat or launch a kayak on the Norfolk Broads at Thurne or Potter Heigham.
The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-minute drive. Our favourite is Winterton which hosts the best Fish & Chip shop.
The space:
Downstairs you'll enjoy our spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need to create your own meals or enjoy a take out from our nearby superb Indian takeaway, 'Planet Spice'. We supply herbs, spices, oil, ketchup, some coffee, tea and sugar to get you started.
Glass doors lead to a light, airy living room with a corner sofa, armchair and large oak table which seats 6 or even 8, there is plenty of room for board games or a jigsaw (found inside our coffee table). Our smart TV is wall mounted and 55 inches; you can use our Netflix, Amazon and iPlayer account or sign in to your own.
French doors lead to a large, enclosed garden - perfect for four legged friends. With a large, 6 person hot tub to luxuriate in, outdoor seating, patio area and BBQ this is the perfect space for watching the sun go down and the stars come out.
There is very little light pollution so on a clear night the sky is amazing. We have even captured photos of the Northern Lights.
Upstairs, you'll find our master bedroom, with ensuite & rainfall shower, which has a roomy euro kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a comfy double and the third, a day bed, which can be made up as a double or two singles: your choice. There are 2 pillows per person and spare in the wardrobes so you can find one to your preference. The Master and third bedroom both have blackout blinds. There is a also a family bathroom upstairs and a toilet and sink downstairs.

Had a lovely stay here. The property is very comfortable, and has everything you need to relax. Julie was great with communication and very helpful. Its in a great location for exploring this part of Norfolk and is a 10 min drive to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was visiting this area again in the future.

Exactly as we expected,the house was beautiful,clean and comfortable.The hot tub was wonderful and we had some clear nights to see the stars.

We stayed here for Christmas 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid Christmas table, plus other tasteful decorations.
We hope to return again in the future.

Short mini break with family and our dog. Perfect location for visiting Horsey Gap to see the seals and Wroxham for day boats. The house has a lovely ground floor social space and plenty of parking. Clean bright and airy property. Loved our stay!
