This 3bd/2ba, 1600 square ft house is located on the coveted Riviera Drive, nestled up against the mountains with outstanding views. The back deck opens to the Arnold Palmer Private golf course. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with open concept layout and two spacious patios. The community pools are steps from the home. It's a great place to relax, golf or enjoy your time by the pool. The house also comes equipped with a golf cart and bikes. Additionally, PGA West is home to the native Big Horn Sheep and you'll often catch them snacking on citrus trees around the house. It's truly a special experience! Dogs welcome!
