The property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, and iron.
THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED: cooking oil, sprays, foil, plastic wrap or other cooking ingredients.
Signature at PGA WEST is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay. Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.

Very nice property for our needs. In good shape and attractive. A few modest touches could have made it excellent. Needed a tool (brush) to clean the bbq, ensure that things like door handles, toilet paper holders, etc. are working. This sounds more negative than Ii intend but you did ask. Great house for kids with small home pool, access to large facility pool, fitness center and much more. We would highly recommend!!

Three men came to town to play in a golf tournament named fiasco. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home very much.
