The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Signature at PGA WEST is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay. Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.
Tennis fans - in March, you'll be minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world.
Tennis and pickleball players - the Fritz Burns park is 10 minutes away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts lit and open from Dawn until 10 pm.

Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am – 10 pm.

Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. No smoking is permitted inside the home or near doors, windows, or any interior spaces. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any smoking violations may result in additional fines, extra cleaning charges, and potential loss of security deposit

House Notes: During the hot summer nights, it's possible to encounter some gentle insects such as crickets, etc.. Rest assured, our property undergoes regular pest control treatments, though a few may still make an appearance. To ensure the upkeep of our surroundings, our diligent pool maintenance and landscaping team may visit the property during the week for service. Your comfort is importance, and we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.
We've installed a security camera outside, facing the front entrance (placed to the left of the door), to ensure safety during your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances during quiet hours

We loved our month-long stay at Desert Palms! This is a great house - nice layout, light and bright, with comfortable and modern décor. The house had virtually everything we needed for an extended stay. The outdoor space felt very private, and we enjoyed having the pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, BBQ and putting green. Great neighborhood for walks in the morning with the dog and loved being able to stroll to Ernie's Bar & Grill in the evening for drinks and a bite. And of course you can't beat the proximity to the many golf courses. We had a couple of minor things that needed fixing and the property management company was on it immediately. Very responsive and great communication. Would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed staying here. The house is accommodating and spacious as it’s laid out well for our family of 4. We very much enjoyed this space and hope to return!

Property is fantastic, if it fits your group. The property was in a great location and clean.
We had been looking for a place with more rooms and beds and the description when we booked included 7 rooms and 10 beds. When I logged in to look up check in process (after the cancellation date) it had changed to 4 rooms and 5 beds (still not accurate). Upon questioning this I was told the VRBO had an issue with how they were listing things and that the descriptions had been “updated”. No accommodation was made to correct our issue and we were forced to keep our reservation even though our party was too big for the property.
I asked Amber if we could have all of our party on the list at the gate, incl a few friends that were coming to dinner after our golf outing, but not staying as we did not have enough room. She said she would put ALL on the list. None of our Sat names made it on the list. An hour later, 4 security guards, and almost getting towed, the issue was resolved by me with security.
I emailed Amber about a missing coffee pot Sat morn and Erica delivered one within an hour.
They were very responsive. Not apologetic for the mix up in the listing. Michael called 3 days after to the stay to “discuss a partial refund”. He just wanted to give us a discount on a future stay, if booked directly thru them. Useless.
I would have given a glowing review if not for the 2 huge issues that were not handled properly (in my opinion) and cost me about 3-4 hours of my time
