Spend your days in the desert sun at the community pool, just a short walk up the road, then head home and prepare meals on your BBQ grill or in the well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor table offers dining for four with a remote control awning so you can dine alfresco. At the end of the day, relax on the patio with your favorite beverage and watch the amazing desert sunsets. Extra perks include a Pack 'n Play and booster seat for those traveling with little ones, and a triple osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen.

The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is held annually at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, just seven miles away. Bring your clubs as the Coachella Valley has some of the most famous courses around. This rental is also located just four miles from the entrance to the Empire Polo Fields - home of the annual Coachella Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Spend your days in Old Town La Quinta, only four miles away, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife.

Things to Know
The community pool and spa is accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. The pool is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during the cooler days), and the spa is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
At least one member of your renting group must be at least 30 years old.
The fireplace is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Property was just as described online, the furniture could use some refreshing. However, the beds were super comfy and the communication from the property manager was great. Very attentive and responsive. One thing to note is that the driveway to park is very steep. We could not pull our car in and had to park on the street. They detail it all out in the confirmation once but definitely ask if you plan on driving. For clarification we were in coupe.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was well equipped and comfortable. It worked well for us and our small dog. Beautiful neighborhood.

On the first nights stay I decided to use the BBQ and it caught on fire due to a flammable material being left behind the grill. I had to extinguish the fire and close the gas valve to prevent damage to my wife and I and the property. All the food I was cooking was wasted. I notified the property manager and requested compensation for this horrible experience. I was never informed that the BBQ was cleaned and fixed. I only discovered it was on the last day of stay from looking at the BBQ. After the trip I had to make several calls to find out what I would be compensated. I was told it was a very minimal amount of compensation due to nothing happening from the fire. This was my first time using Vrbo and my wife and I are very disappointed. This is our last time using Vrbo.
