Retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a convenient workspace equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Pamper yourself in the luxurious bathroom, offering dual vanities, a relaxing bathtub, and a separate shower.

There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—one with a comfortable queen bed, the other with a queen bed and an inviting daybed.

Step outside onto the wraparound deck, where you can soak in peaceful lake views from every angle.

Downstairs:

Unwind on the covered patio, furnished with comfy chairs and a sofa, and take in the serene lake views.

There is an additional option for access to a private downstairs bunk room next to the pool area for $75. This room is the perfect teen hangout! Outfitted with two bunk beds (sleeps 5), it offers a fun, comfortable and separate space. Please note: this room is completely separate from the main living area and can only be accessed via the external staircase. It's a great setup for added privacy and a bit of independence — while keeping noise away from the main house. As this is located downstairs near the pool and hot tub, it is not recommended for kids alone.

There's also a full bathroom with a refreshing shower for added convenience.

Cheer on your favorite sports on the smart TV while enjoying one of the two stylish bar areas.

Outside, relax in the hot tub under the covered area, or take a dip in the refreshing pool. The pool ranges from 6 to 3 feet deep, with cozy sitting areas in the deep end and easy access stairs in the shallow end.

Enhance your outdoor experience with your favorite tunes playing through the outdoor speakers via Airplay or Chromecast.

Fire up the Weber propane grill for a delicious BBQ, and store your drinks and snacks in the full-size refrigerator and freezer.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy with a coded gate entrance and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.


**Please Note**: There is a steep gravel driveway upon entrance to the property.

For your convenience, the Smithville grocery store is just a quick 10-minute drive away, while Bastrop's large big-box stores are only 15 minutes down the road, offering everything you need for a hassle-free stay.

The famous Buc-ee’s gas station is just around the corner, featuring Tesla Superchargers if needed for your electric vehicle.

**Please note** Maximum occupancy without the bunk room is 9 people. Therefore bookings of 10 people or more must include the bunk room option fee of 75 dollars.

**Please note** The bunk room downstairs has a dedicated mini-split AC system which cools really well but can get stuffy - so for 3 or more people we recommend cracking the window at night about an inch to keep the air fresh.

**Please note**: The main living area of the home is located on the second floor, so guests will need to climb a set of stairs to enter the house. There are no child gates on the lower level when entering the pool area. House Rules: Minimum age to make a reservation is 27 years

No Dirty or wet pets inside the house.
No pets on furniture.

No refunds for guests who break the house rules. Reservations will be voided and the cancellation policy will apply.
