Items of Note

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you! *The yard is fully fenced in.



Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 16 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.



Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.

Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a rural area, which offers a peaceful and natural setting. However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!

- Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

- Fire pit use may be restricted in accordance with Travis County regulations and may require prior approval from the fire marshal. Availability is subject to local conditions and restrictions.

- Please also note that quiet hours apply to this property to ensure a peaceful experience for all neighbors.



**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**



Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
