This property lived up to its description and beyond. Even before we booked, the responses from the host were prompt and thorough. The check-in process was easy. When we expressed some concern, the host promptly responded. And even after we checked out, the host contacted us to answer any questions and let us express any concern. Overall, top rated experience would a top-rated property. My only drawback was the shared pool as the guests that rented the adjoining property were not as considerate as we would have expected. That said, we will definitely consider this property again if our group returns to Austin.
