About this house rental

For a large group or family, this is the home you’ve been looking for! Beautiful backyard with gorgeous pool, putting green, fire pit, and deck with grill and prep table. Plenty of chaise loungers to relax on which is what vacation is for, right? 1 King, 1 Queen, 5 Twin beds, 8 additional twin day beds/trundles, air mattresses (if requested), 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal or entertain your guests (except the food). 5 miles to Downtown/Convention Center/Zilker Park, and the airport, and 7 miles to the Circuit of the Americas make this home the perfect central location for everything going on in Austin.

An Echo Show (Alexa) is provided in the kitchen and all bedrooms have an echo dot to play music or set alarms or whatever you would like Alexa to do.

All sheets, pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided on all of the beds. There is no maid service during your stay unless requested for an additional fee. As of now, they only clean between stays.

There will be starter amounts of basics as well: Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner, along with towels for all guests.

For a large group or family, this is the home you’ve been looking for! Beautiful backyard with gorgeous pool, putting green, fire pit, and deck with grill and prep table. Plenty of chaise loungers to relax on which is what vacation is for, right? 1 King, 1 Queen, 5 Twin beds, 8 additional twin day beds/trundles, air mattresses (if requested), 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). We all enjoyed ourselves. The space was wonderful. It was a very comfortable place for all of us. It allowed the opportunity for plenty of outdoor games and indoor games and entertainment. There were plenty of comfortable areas to sit in.The amenities in the kitchen were wonderful as well

We were celebrating my buddy’s bachelor party and all loved the house. Lots of activities to do at the house while in between our reservations for dinner/golf/boat rental etc. The host, Daniel, was always reachable and provided a lot of good recommendations for activities happening that weekend for us to check out. Great house to stay at and call home base for the long weekend! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful. The neighbors on the left side is rude. We was out in the pool at about noon and the kids was having fun and the neighbor knock on the fence several times telling us to keep it down this happen everytime we was in the pool. Then the second thing was there was no jot water at first i thought it was because a few of us used the shower so i waited for a few hours but it never got warm

House was perfect for our large group of friends for a bachelor party! Ample beds and the game room is set-up perfectly for a larger crew. Daniel was super communicative and helpful with everything, making the whole process seamless. The house is also really close to the airport, which made getting in and out easy (Ubers to downtown were cheap and abundant).

This was the perfect house for my group. 12 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the airport. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, and the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and fit a very large group of us. The property is nicer than the pictures suggest.

We were traveling to New Braunsfels for a float trip and only stayed here for 1 night. The two families had plenty of room to hang out and sleep. We were a short car ride to explore downtown Austin. When we arrived one of the fire alarms was chirping and the owner quickly came and replaced the battery. He was great!

Visited with a large group (18) and a pup. Location was right by the airport and not too far from DT/6th street. Daniel was super welcoming and helpful - talked on the phone the day before the trip to get all accommodations taken care of. Provided extra blankets and towels for the guests. He stopped by a few times to help us with things we needed in the house. Our group had a GREAT time in austin!! We will be staying again.

Daniel’s place was exactly as described in the listing. 15ish minutes from the airport and 15ish minutes from downtown. We were a group of 15-20. Enough beds for everyone and comfortable. Multiple full bathrooms for a big group to get ready in a timely fashion. Amenities galore. Daniel was responsive and assisted with every question I had. Easy check in and check out. We were in town for the livestock show and this was the perfect home for our stay. The listing was better than described and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. Fast responses to the questions that I asked, and the check in/out process was so easy. The house was great for a large group and in a great easy to access location. We will be trying to stay at this location again next year when we are back in town.

Our troop visited Austin for a long weekend and wanted to all stay under one roof. This house was very nice, clean, and Daniel was very responsive. We comfortably slept 19 people with four on air mattresses. We were never more than about 20 minutes from our destinations. The neighborhood is ok. It’s a true neighborhood by the airport- not fancy, but we felt safe enough and it was fine for us not really being at home- we were on the go the entire time and needed a nice place to sleep. Daniel’s house was perfect. The girls and adults all loved staying here. Thank you!

The house *was* listed as great for a party and listed as sleeping 25. Those have been conveniently removed by the owner. We had setup to have 6 people stay there, I was asked about our group and explained that we were a laid back group of friends that wanted to have a dinner party, and I explained we would be having some friends over. The night of our stay I get a call from Derek yelling at me about lying to him. Apparently he wanted an exact number of people that would be coming over not just staying, but instead of approaching it like an adult, he came in yelling. Really unfortunate.

I rented this property because I was tired of being cramped up in 1 hotel rooms with my annual spring break travelers. Plus, due to pandemic, did not want to be in a hotel with so many strangers. House was nice and big and clean. Easy to check in and a pretty centralized location but not in all the noise of downtown. I would rent this place again. Just wish I had more time to stay. Cleaning fee is worth it once you see how big this property is/sleeps plenty and lots of room to spread out.
