The place was clean and well stocked. Modern and appliances all worked well. There was no toilet in second bath. The location is not in an area where you can find decent food options or shopping. It’s several blocks away. Surrounding neighbors were friendly.

Newly refurbished and it shows! Everything feels fresh and modern, The beds are comfy, and the kitchen has all the essentials, Location is chill too, a bit away from the hustle but easy to get to the main spots, Definitely coming back!

Overall the unit is clean, well maintained and VERY comfortable. Being on the main floor it has metal shutters that close and keep the unit dark, quiet and safe at nights. The windows face into a large shared garden area in the centre of the building.However, I would not recommend it for staying with a family, children, or travelling solo. The area the building is located in is not safe feeling. As a Caucasian foreign female I was not comfortable walking alone at any time of the day in this location. There were times while returning to the unit with our kids at night, my husband felt safer taking an uber vs walking the 10 mins from the metro. As well, the door on the unit locks with a key, and there is only one set. The door cannot even be locked from inside without using the key. So if you’re traveling with a friend or partner, you need to always leave and return to the unit together. Retrieving the keys you need to go quite a few blocks away in a run down area to a random shop to get the keys, and again to return them. The shop is not walking distance safely with luggage. Wouldn’t recommend for female tourists or families with kids only because of the location. If you are comfortable with the area, the unit itself is wonderful.
