    Everything about this stay was truly wonderful. From check in to check out, it was smooth, welcoming and made your long travels worth it knowing you will be taken care of from the amazing staff.

    During my stay at the hotel, I found the space to be quite large, but the heating system was insufficient, requiring me to adjust it myself. The hot spring water was not warm enough, and with the cold winter weather outside, it made for an uncomfortable experience. The breakfast offered limited food options and lacked quality; the soup was not hot enough, and the food in the morning was completely cold. Even the coffee had to be ground by myself. Overall, I felt disappointed with the experience, as the attention to detail was lacking.
