朝食無しと思っていたので、朝食か有って良かった又コーヒーメーカーのコーヒーがめちゃくちゃおいしかった。布団と枕が私も娘もかたさ、柔らかさが丁度良く何処のメーカーが知りたい位良かった。冷蔵庫の水が良かった

強いていえば部屋の明かりの調節ができたら、ありがたい。

The hotel was nice and clean, with a good mt Fuji view. We had two completely clear days so we were able to appreciate it at it's full capacity

We had two issues, first. We made a mistake and arrived at another Haostay. This was our mistake but the staff was quite rude and dismissive. I know it's not the same hotel, but it's the same chain, and the treatment was not that different in this location. Secondly, we had a big issue with a lost bag. When we checked out, half way down to the station we noticed we had forgoten a bag. We went back as fast as we could it took us about 40 minutes. When we arrived they told us they had thrown away our bag, mind you, it had clothes a plushie and souvenirs. It was clearly not thrash. For me this was really out of the norm as in Japan they at least keep the things as lost items for a little while. We were really disappointed. (I still mourn my whaleshark osaka aquarium plushie)
