New, nicely designed building. The unit is modern and clean. Very central location (easy walk to almost anywhere). The staff was very helpful and responsive!
The only issue I had with the unit was that it was impossible for me to sleep at night until the bars closed at 2am. I'm a light sleeper, and bars on the block play loud music until they close. So you'll need to be prepared to stay up late if you're not a sound sleeper.
