It was a modern clean unit in the area I wanted to stay. Easy to get to the beach. Head to a club. Lots of places to eat close by. No major complaints about the stay. Minimal items in the kitchen. There should be a guide explaining things like where to take out the garbage.

The units door was left wide open when I arrived. I wasn't sure what was going on. The owner responded that the cleaner forgot to close the door. Everything in the unit needs a small amount of maintenance. All the faucets are loose and should be properly attached to the counter. I was worried that I might break one. I prefer minimal lighting, and prefer side lighting. Everything in the unit was overhead lighting and was very bright. There is no bedside lamp in the bedroom, just a very bright overhead light that can turn off from the bedside table.

Muy buena ubicacion, una pisicina en el rooftop del edificio con una vista excelente para el sunset y termjnar el día ahi. El departamento moderno, con todo, limpio, con baño de visita y muy espacioso. Volvería feliz.

No tiene lavadora / secadora en el apartamento, y las disponibles en el edificio no están en buen estado. Peor hay lavanderías cercanas. Todo excelente, lo guardé para otras estancias.

Todo me encantó, ubicación vista increible.

Le falto en los buro de la cama lamparas para leer.

The hosts were pleasant and quick to respond to my questions and requests. I commented on the lack of kitchen items and they asked for a list of items that would be good to have so hopefully subsequent visitors will have a better stocked unit. The balcony was nice & I used it a lot. It could be noisy at times but that is consistent with the area. The rooftop pool/sitting area was quite nice, not busy at all with a good view of the ocean. The paper towel & napkins were nice, as was the one packet of coffee. Sugar & powdered cream were also available. The unit was close to restaurants and a very short walk to the water. The Saturday market was very close & great for fresh baking.

The kitchen only had very limited basic items but no toaster or kettle. Salt & pepper (spices) would be nice. There is a washer but not a dryer or drying rack. When I asked I was initially told it was a combo wash/dry model but in fact it wasn't. A note with information about the unit would be helpful such as what to do with garbage/waste, appliance operation (washer, oven likely differ than where visitors are from), where are grocery stores, fruit markets, hosts fav restaurants, any other particular helpful information for visitors. The linens were nice but limited; only 2 each bath/hand towels and one tea towel for 10 days. No extra toilet paper or blankets. I was not aware of the 'bracelet' requirement until just before arriving. I generally rent condo's so that can be avoided. I never wore it but had it with me in case anyone ever asked, which no one did. The visitor policy was not in the listing & I was unhappy to find out the restrictions. My friends were however able to come & go during the day (me letting them in the main door) so it worked out ok. Having said that, the locked outside door (24-7) was great and it was nice that security was onsite overnight. For me, the general area was busier than expected, too many people. This was a block over from the more main road so less congested.
