Loft nuevo en Zona Romántica 203

Location is great and its a great apartment and the roof top pool is lovely too. Near to the busy part of town.

The kitchen utensils are a bit basic. There is some building work going on nearby but it didn't affeact my stay

Open air bar playing loud music within 100 feet of the sliding glass door to the bedroom.. Until 3 am. every night.

Really modern. Heart of zona romántica. Clean and stylish. Really easy to communicate with for check in process too!

Would of liked an iron but that’s not the end of the world haha

When we arrived, we noticed unit 203 (this booking) was not how we expected. The management company did move us to another unit in the building - 502 - on the 3rd day of our vacation and that was much better even though it is on the street side. The layout of 502 was also much better with the bedroom being a separate room rather than being divided with sliding doors. The building itself is great. The rooftop pool area is lovely and we were the only two there most of the time. The location is in the heart of Zona Romantica which does mean some noise.

When we arrived, we noticed a few problems. The oven didn’t have a door. The balcony was unusable as construction of a new building was happening just a few feet away from the balcony. The safe didn’t have a key or batteries. Prior to arrival, the management company had been very good at communicating with us, but failed to mention the construction immediately outside the apartment and that the photos no longer matched the actual view. While our trip worked out in the end, I would not recommend unit 203 at this time, until the construction next door is complete.
