Casa Daniel is a 6th-floor residence in SohoPV with 180° views over Banderas Bay and the old town from a private terrace. Inside: a king suite, a flex room with a queen bed and a movable wall, two full baths, in-unit LG washer/dryer, and central AC. Upstairs: one of Latin America`s largest heated rooftop infinity pools (heated), a full-service bar, restaurant, and a fully equipped Technogym gym. Ideal for couples, longer stays, and anyone who works well from a kitchen counter with a view.
The unit is built around the terrace — morning coffee, sunset dinners, and PV`s nightly bay fireworks, all from your own outdoor living room. The terrace stays shaded through the afternoon and catches direct sun for a couple of hours around five — which is to say, at sunset
The kitchen is set up for people who actually cook: generous counter space, a full set of pots and pans, sharp knives and proper cutting boards, and the small appliances you`d expect at home — drip coffee, blender, toaster, microwave. Filtered drinking water and an ice maker, so no bottled-water runs. Two stools at the breakfast bar double as a workspace; the Wi-Fi handles video calls while someone else streams without a hiccup.
The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with rainfall shower. The flex room has a queen Murphy bed behind a sliding wall — closed, it`s a private second bedroom; open, it extends the living space. Central AC throughout, plus ceiling fans in every room, which is rarer in this building than you`d think. High-end LG washer and dryer in the unit, so pack light for longer stays.

What a great place to stay when enjoying PVR. Casa Daniel is beautifully appointed and has everything you will need. It is a short walk to a multitude of restaurants and to the beach. Raphael is a great host - his service level is excellent, responding to all inquiries quickly from your first inquiry about the property and throughout your stay with recommendations for everything from restaurants to airport transfer recommendations. The property manager on site is also very helpful. We would definitely recommend Casa Daniel as a place to stay in PVR.

I had an amazing time celebrating my bday with some friends in Zona Romantica. The property is beautiful and spacious. It is walking distance to everything. The rooms were nice and big my only complaint is you can hear all the street noise from the living room/second bedroom. The pool is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. The only downside was it is not a heated pool so it was hard to enjoy the cold water in January. Everyone at the pool just lounged around and soaked in the sun and views. Communication was easy and effortless.

This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The rooftop pool and views are unmatched. The unit itself is very nice. I had no complaints except the fact that the AC did not get as cold and a full length mirror would make this place 10/10. I also was not aware that the building and construction has not been complete so there was a lot of walking up very long stairs, other than that this place is going to be amazing once construction is complete.
