Stunning luxury condo. One block to Los Muertos beach. In the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta's restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Beautiful rooftop pool. Condo has king-size bed, two bathrooms, sleek, modern furniture, sleeper sofa, air-condtioning, full kitchen, laundry, and a sliding-glass wall that opens onto a patio overlooking Lazaro Cardenas Park and the sea. Building has 24-hour concierge service, elevator service, well-equipped gym, underground parking, maid service and a property manager on call for any problems.

We have been visiting PV for many years and found this unit was perfect for us. We're getting pretty old and are somewhat mobility challenge (in current parlance) and the location made it very easy for us to enjoy access to many of our favorite restaurants and shops. Staff was attentive and helpful. The rooftop pool and sunning area is excellent. We do look forward to future visits, as well.

This place was the perfect spot for our trip. Location was amazing and building is super secure and well managed. Loved that it was adults only and the rooftop pool/terrace were a dream. The rental management company was easy to work with and addressed our only issue (front door to unit not locking properly)as well as they could. Would absolutely stay here again!
