Хорошая коммуникация с хозяйкой и близкое расположение к метро (минут 5 ходьбы), это пожалуй все плюсы этих «апартаментов»
Во-первых, это нельзя назвать апартаментами, складское помещение во внутреннем дворике, переделанное под комнатку. Двери балконные стеклянные, прозрачные. Уже писали ранее, что нарушена приватность. Постоянно занавешивали шторы, чтоб не казалось, что ты в аквариуме. Очень сыро, вещи в чемодане за пару дней отсырели. Есть стиральная машина, то она была заполнена вещами и их некуда было переложить. Переночевать пару ночей - нормально. Но, мы приехали с двумя детьми и температура в помещении нас удивила
