I would not recommend going there, as everything was very bad.

The hotel was clean only at the moment of our arrival.

After our arrival, the hotel was never cleaned, and the towels were not changed during our 2-day stay. This is concerning. The neighborhood was very unsafe and dirty.

Very unsatisfactory.

They were paining the doorframe at 10.30 am (right as people were attempting to check out). No signs or warning that there was wet paint. Both myself and my boyfriend’s expensive coats were considerably paint damaged because of this with no sympathy from the workers.

The advertised ‘breakfast buffet’ that my partner was charged €9 for, was in total two croissants to choose from, not at all what was advertised.

A fantastic bolthole in Paris - clean, comfortable and highly recommended

Perfect bolthole for visiting Paris. Spotlessly clean, well appointed room and extremely helpful staff. Very good value for money compared to other hotels in Paris.

Set a little away from popular attractions, although a couple of train stations are nearby, and Montmatre is walking distance. Less 'authentically Parisian' local neighbourhood with lots of ethnic shops.

The service was under all criticism. The employees are perceived to be high, the place reeks of marijuana, they behave unprofessionally. I do not recommend this hotel.

Quiet location , good sized room, the fridge was a useful bonus, good shower.

Small but nice

Great accommodation if you’re not looking for luxury, but just a small room where you can shower and sleep. It’s clean, relatively well-equipped, and the staff at the reception are incredibly kind! Neighborhood: Anyone who thinks the area is unsafe should take a closer look at themselves. We spent 5 nights here, often arriving around or after midnight, and never had any problems. It’s unbelievable that in 2025 people can still be so prejudiced!The metro is close by, and public transport makes it easy to get anywhere. So the value for money is absolutely fair. Thank you for the hospitality!

The only downside might be the narrow staircase and the fact that there’s no elevator and climate.

Le lit était super confortable ! Il y avait de quoi se faire café/thé dans la chambre. Nous avons entendu quelques bruits la nuit mais globalement relativement calme.

Le fait d’être au 6eme étage sans ascenseur était vraiment peu pratique. Il faut un sacré moment avant que l’eau chaude n’arrive dans la douche. Petite mention pour la porte de la salle de bain qui est complètement abîmée, le bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bain est donc super fort. Quartier qui craint, faites donc attention en sortant de l’hôtel qui lui par contre ne craint rien.

Hôtel propre et calme mais sans fenêtres

Chambre calme, literie confortable et salle de bain plus grande que ce que l’on trouve habituellement à Paris.

Les chambres sont totalement aveugle : pas de fenêtre ! On y accède par une galerie donnant sur une cour mais cette unique source de lumière naturelle est insuffisante. Idem pour la salle de petit déjeuner. C’est Ok pour une simple nuit mais j’imagine mal résider plus d’une nuit sans lumière du jour.

Não gostei da localização, o bairro é perigosíssimo, o quarto é barulhento, sujo, quente, um horror. Tinha medo de sair depois que escurecia, perdi vários passeios noturnos legais por temer ser assaltada ali. Fazia meus passeios correndo no maior estresse para poder chegar ao hotel antes do sol se por.

Buen desayuno, cómodo el espacio, buena la calidad de los productos.

Todo estuvo dentro de mis necesidades, mi relación con el personal de limpieza muy. Buena, lo mismo con los responsables de concerjeria, me facilitaron con su información mi llegada a los lugares de mi interés, seguro volveré a este hotel.

Personnel agréable, l'arrivée s'est faite tranquillement. Café et thé dans la chambre, avec bouilloire.

Isolation sonore inexistante (on entend ce qui se passe chez les voisins du même étage comme pour ceux en dessous et au-dessus, même dans le bâtiment d'en face...). Wifi pas bonne du tout, et pas de prise électrique près du lit pour le portable. Le personnel m'informe, lorsque je pars le matin, que lorsque je ne suis pas là ils vont rentrer faire des travaux, sans me laisser la possibilité de refuser. Je ne recommanderai pas pour plus d'une nuit si vous voulez être bien reposés.

Buena ubicación, Estación de metro cerca, Negocios cerca, Cama incomoda.

La ubicación muy buena, el barrio tranquilo aunque hay vendedores ambulantes, pero nunca se sintió inseguro. 2 estaciones de metro caminable, y negocios para comprar cercas. El personal siempre atento y si hay problemas con la pieza lo resuelven.

La cama muy blanda, en los sábados en la noche fiestas en edificios cercanos y se escucha todo. Se escucha todo entre las piezas no hay mucha intimidad. La pieza estaba limpia pero no impecable se considera como punto que podría mejorar.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Von einer Buchung des Frühstücks kann ich nur dringend abraten! Für 9€ gab es nichts!!!! Ich war international schon in vielen Hotels. Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück, das mir jemals angeboten wurde.

Une très mauvaise expérience que nous ne souhaitons de vivre à personne

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car proche du lieu dans lequel nous devions nous rendre.

Tout était problématique dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, aucune fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur dans la chambre et une ventilation dans la chambre inexistante. Un ménage approximatif car présence de moutons de poussière autour du lit. Une porte donnant sur une coursive en verre opacifié mais non occultée par le rideau donc de la lumière toute la nuit dans la chambre. Un vasistas au dessus de cette même porte ouvert et impossible à refermer donc du bruit en direct toute la nuit de toute la faune qui circulait sur la coursive. Un hôtel affichant sur toutes les portes sa volonté d’être un lieu non fumeur. Pourtant nous avons respiré toute la nuit les fumées de cigarettes des clients squattant sur la coursive et qui nous arrivait directement par le vasistas ouvert.

Tentative d’escroquerie

À notre arrivée, le propriétaire / personnel a insisté à plusieurs reprises pour que nous repayions la chambre, alors qu’elle avait déjà été réglée via Booking. Nous avons montré la confirmation de réservation et même la preuve de débit bancaire, mais il continuait à dire que “ça allait être annulé” et qu’il fallait payer de nouveau. C’était clairement une tentative de double facturation. Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Une chambre confortable et bien équipée

L'hôtel est à 15 min à pied de la gare du nord, à 2 min de la ligne 12 et 9 min de la 4. La chambre n'est pas forcément très grande mais bien équipée et fonctionnelle (draps, couettes, ventilateur, frigo, bouilloire, coffre-fort, rideau occultant, WC avec douchette). Les savons et gels douches fournis s'ouvrent facilement et sentent très bon ! Aussi, la nuit a été très calme, donc la rue est plutôt tranquille et la chambre bien insonorisée.

Les 6 étages sans ascenseur ! La chambre reste assez lumineuse car la porte donnant sur la salle de bains est vitrée, mais nous avons des masques de nuit.
