Pokoj byl velmi dobře vybaven, ani jsme všechno během našeho čtyřdenního pobytu nevyužili. Lokalita byla dobrá: čtyři různé obchody v blízkém okolí, zastávka tramvaje i autobusu také velmi blízko.
Jediný problém byl s hlukem - bylo velmi horko a když jsme v noci chtěli mít otevřené okno, rušil nás velký hluk z celkem rušné ulice.

洗濯機があるのが良かった。(洗濯洗剤は無いので持参した方がいい) キッチンの設備も必要充分で自炊するのには困らなかった。 食洗機もあるが、スポンジと洗剤があったので、私は手洗いしました。 近くに大型スーパーが3軒あるので、買い物はとても楽。 観光の中心へは20分くらいかかるが、トラムやバスの乗り場が近いので、気にならなかった。 シャワーの水圧は弱いが、タンク式のお湯がたっぷり使えて排水もスムーズでした。
アパートの説明書が丁寧に書かれているが、筆記体の手書きなので、こちらの語学力が弱いために読むのが難しかった。手書きなので、スマホアプリの翻訳が使えなかった。
