Das Apartment ist schön, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist da. Durch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür, von der 3 verschiedene Linien fahren, ist man optimal angebunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und unkompliziert.
Bei offenem Fenster ist ein bisschen Verkehrslärm zu hören, bei geschlossenem wird dieser allerdings gut abgehalten.

Das es keine Nachttischlampen gab und,die schlechte Beleuchtung der schwarzen Küchenzeile .Etwas unglücklich die Ecke der Dunstbzugshaube ,Verletzungsgefahr!

Asukoht on SUPER! Maja ees ja kõrval on trammipeatused ja pole kohta, kuhu sealt ühistranspordiga ei saaks. Kohe maja lähedal on mitmeid häid söögi- ja joogikohti ning toidupoide. Köök on varustatud kõige vajalikuga. Voodi on mugav ning kappides on väga palju ruumi riiete hoiustamiseks. Kui aken kinni hoida, siis ei ole tramme ega tuletõrjeautosid, mille depoo kõrval on, üldse kuulda. Väga mõnus elamine ühele või kahele inimesele!
