Vienna Living Apartments - Hasnerstraße

The room was big. It was clean. The location was OK. The self check in worked perfectly.

The mattress was very thin, so it was for me too uncomfortable. The room was very hot. There was a fan, but no air conditioner.

The apartment was pleasantly quiet - I didn't hear any neighbors during my stay. The noise of passing cars or the tram is also well shielded through the windows. The building also has an elevator, which is particularly practical if you arrive with heavy luggage or other loads. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for a short stay for cooking.

The heat pump in the bathroom regularly caused noises that reminded of stunmels, which could possibly disturb the sleep of sensitive people. The freezer could not be properly concluded during our stay due to heavy icing, but this did not significantly affect us. The dishwasher could not be used either, since the door was probably not closed due to a defect in the locking mechanism. So we had to rinse the dishes by hand. Since the shower unfortunately does not have a real door, a smaller flood was already foreseeable. In addition, when we showered, we noticed that the water temperature changed uncontrollably by itself - sometimes extremely hot, sometimes ice cold - without a constant temperature being kept. Even the smallest adjustments to the regulation led to significant fluctuations, so that patience and tact were required when showering.

Nice studio flat with all kitchen amenities. Very close to public transport.

There was construction/building works going on in few other flats in the same building. This caused dust and dirt but also made me feel slightly worried about my kids.

The flat was nice and clean.

There is a construction inside the building. There was workers moving all around also smoking. The building was dirty. They started drilling in 07:10 in the morning.
