Gostei de tudo, simpatia dos funcionários, pequenos almoços excelentes. Encontra se tranquilidade e paz. Muito obrigada pela estadia, amei do início ao fim.

Apartamento renovado, cocina nueva, zona tranquila, fácil aparcamiento, playa cercana.

Sofá muy incómodo, no hay enchufes en el baño, le haría mucha falta instalar mosquiteras, echamos en falta algún utensilio de cocina como por ejemplo una espumadera. Las almohadas no son buenas tampoco. Tiene un ventilador humidificador bueno, aunque lo ideal sería aire acondicionado.

It was newly renovated.

The apartment looks recently renovated, but several issues made our stay uncomfortable. There were dog hairs throughout the space, including in the washing machine (a lot of them). My husband has an allergy, so this was a serious concern. The kitchen lacked basic essentials like a dish rack, and the small frying pan didn’t work on the induction stove. The coffee machine didn’t work. There was no vacuum cleaner. There were no clean sponges available for the dishes. Only used ones (unclear for which space they were used before). The pillows were one of the worst part—tiny, flat, and barely usable—I honestly don’t understand how one would offer such pillows to guests. Noise was also a big issue; the apartment has an upstairs neighbor (a mother and toddler, according to a neighbor), and due to poor insulation, we heard every step and sound. They were away for two days and it was quiet during those two days, but they returned after and the noise was back. The host initially denied anyone lived above, and was generally unhelpful and dismissive when we raised concerns. He did not offer a solution for the coffee machine that wasn’t working or to send a cleaner to try and clean the washing machine. Overall, despite the modern look, the details and lack of honest communication and eye for hospitality made this a disappointing experience.

The apartment itself is nicely decorated and, apart from the sofa bed, generally matches the photos. The bedroom was particularly pleasant. We also liked the location, as you can quickly walk down to the coast and reach several beautiful little coves nearby. This was definitely one of the nicest aspects of the stay.

The apartment itself is quite charming and generally looks like the photos. It is located in an older complex but has been nicely decorated, and the bedroom in particular is very pleasant. The apartment is quite humid and stuffy, and because there is no air conditioning, we often had to keep everything closed, which also makes it rather dark. However, this was something we knew when booking and, considering the price, we found these aspects acceptable. Unfortunately, there were other issues that significantly affected our stay. We booked the apartment for three people, which meant that one of us had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed is quite worn and unstable, and the sleeping surface is very uneven. In practice, only one half of it was reasonably comfortable to lie on. For an apartment offered for three guests, we would expect the additional sleeping option to provide a proper and usable sleeping surface. The entrance door is also rather impractical. There is no handle on the outside, so the key itself has to be used to pull and manoeuvre the door closed. This requires both hands and is particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage, shopping, or travelling with a small child. The host later described this to Booking.com as a matter of “personal preference”. We simply think it is useful information for future guests to know. However, by far the biggest problem was the noise. And to be absolutely clear: we are NOT talking about normal noise in an apartment building. Of course you sometimes hear people walking through a hallway, doors closing, neighbours talking, or occasional noise from outside. We neither expected nor asked for “absolute silence”, as the host later suggested in their response to Booking.com. What we experienced was completely different. There was an almost constant level of noise, day and night.
