About this apartment rental
The Tessa apartment is located in the beautiful Club Nautilus complex in Porches, on the outskirts of Armação de Pera. The apartment complex is situated right on the ocean.
The view from the large balcony is spectacular, offering a view of the ocean and the largest nature reserve in the Algarve. The Tessa apartment, spread over two floors, features large bedrooms. It is very spacious, measuring approximately 200 m², and features 3 balconies, all with ocean views.
From two of the three bedrooms, you can watch the sunrise as you wake up. The Tessa apartment is located directly on the beachfront; a private gate through a beautiful garden leads to the beaches or cliffs.
The duplex apartment offers a spectacular view across the sea and along the Algarve’s largest beach and nature reserve. To your left is the long beach of Armação de Pera
The duplex apartment features 3 large bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. A total of 2.5 bathrooms. The apartment is very spacious (200 m³) and has 3 balconies, all with spectacular ocean views. Two balconies lead to two of the three bedrooms. One bedroom overlooking the pool has two single beds (90 x 200 each). The other two bedrooms with balconies—one of which has an en suite bathroom—feature a king-size double bed (180 x 200). The other bedroom with a balcony also features a king-size bed (180 x 200). In both bedrooms, you can see the ocean from your bed. This is a luxurious and modern (German standard) vacation duplex apartment with very modern amenities. There is a large, newly renovated communal pool and a smaller pool for the children. Sun loungers are available free of charge.
When you’re cooking, you can look out at the pool from the kitchen window.
The apartment has MEO TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, with some series and movies available in the original English) and international channels, as well as high-speed fiber-optic internet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Armação de Pera is a small town with fantastic restaurants along the beach promenade, just a 5-minute walk from Club Nautilus. Albufeira is about 10 km away, where you can explore the “Old Town.” The airport in Faro is about 45 minutes and 45 km away. It’s easy to reach via the door-to-door shuttle service.
