About this villa rental
Villa Fragrancia Unico is an exquisite four-bedroom villa boasting a large private pool, a spacious garden, and stunning sea views from the first floor. Ideally located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket, this villa is perfect for an unforgettable holiday.
The villa accommodates eight persons with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is another twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom with a separate adjacent bathroom. A large lounge and dining area include a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The dining table and chairs are set near patio doors that lead to a covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to a barbecue terrace. Additionally, there is a games room with a pool table off the hallway.
Outside, the villa features a large private pool with a terrace and a spacious lawn equipped with sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area with a table and chairs. The private pool is kidney-shaped, measuring 10 by 5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters, and includes Roman stairs. Pool fencing is available on request for a fee of €125.
Amenities include WiFi internet, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a microwave, hairdryers, a billiard table, table tennis, a safe, and a barbecue.

There was some flying bugs inside the room near the game room that was the only fault but everything else was perfect and we will definitely reserve it for our future trips and hopefully get a discount.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Very spacious with excellent outdoor space and fabulous pool. House was located within a 5-10min walk to a decent sized supermarket and wonderful restaurants. Beaches were ~ 15 min walk away. Stunning coves and quiet area, although required a degree of mobility to access via steep steps.
