Da localização, muito perto da praia e dos serviços. Basicamente não precisava de mexer no carro. WC e kitchenette remodelada.
As camas faziam imenso barulho. De tal forma que por vezes acordava com o ruido da cama ao mexer-me. A kitchenette está nova mas a tubagem do lava loiça saia com muita facilidade, alguém antes de nós colocou um recipiente para evitar inundação. O WC está muito bonito mas era impossível tomar banho sem molhar o chão da casa de banho (a gestora disse-me que irão fazer obras para corrigir a situação). As janelas são novas (embora precisem de afinação) mas os estores também precisam de ser substituídos.

A localização é fantástica
As camas são pequenas e pouco confortáveis, não há ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, apenas na sala.
