La proximité de la très belle plage "des bisous", quartier calme, voisinage très sympathique, belle maison, proche d'un centre commercial (très pratique). Proche de restaurants. Proche de beaucoup de lieux touristiques. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
La literie pourrait être éventuellement améliorée.
