Location Location Location (F42)

Everything is within walking distance, great location!

The location was brilliant

The apartment interior is good design. Unfortunately we believed there’s an elevator access but not in every room. The one we picked up is on 3rd, but lift only access to 1/F, then we have to go through a long hallway, part of it without light, then go down half floor and go up 2 floor before reach our apartment. This is quite difficult for a senior woman to carry the whole way to the apartment. Inside the apartment, dirt water inside the dish washer , the washing machine door couldn’t open after completed the washing!!! The cloth warm hanger not working! The good thing is the air-conditioners have warm temp. There’s no Receiption or assistant living in the same building. Only communication is by booking.com. They reply quick on the first day after that was not!

The elevator is not access to the room! Because we are a disable and old age people, Unexpected to carry the baggage by 2.5 floor !

Ubicación (aunque en el piso de enfrente estuvieron el viernes hasta la madrugada de fiesta) y limpieza. El apartamento tiene un buen tamaño para tres personas.

Falta de agua caliente, la caldera no iba bien, pero entiendo que será algo puntual.
