Holiday Homes 3 & 4 - Cozy Urban Retreats in the Heart of Kos

Everything was perfect! The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available and went above and beyond to support us whenever we needed anything. The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the location was excellent. We could easily walk to the beaches, pharmacy, supermarkets, and restaurants, which made everything very convenient.

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία έχοντας όλες τις παροχές κοντά. Η θάλασσα στα 3 λεπτά. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό με πλήρη εξοπλισμό. Επιπλέον το κάθε δωμάτιο έχει το δικό του χώρο σε εξωτερική αυλή να κάθεσαι. Αλλά επειδή θα ήταν παράλειψη να μην το αναφέρω, να ευχαριστήσουμε τον κ.Ζαννέτο τον ιδιοκτήτη που ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό.

L'appartement est vraiment confortable pratique et son emplacement est très pratique plage à 2 pas, l'arbre d'Hypocrathe, la proximité du port, les restaurants etc ... une cour avec un citronnier pour nous poser ... c'était vraiment ce qu'on voulait avoir la proximité

The owner, John, and his family are the warmest and friendliest hosts we have ever met. From the very first moment, they took incredibly good care of us, and it was clear how important the well-being of their guests is to them. The apartment's location was simply perfect – very central and right next to a 24/7 supermarket. Numerous restaurants and beach clubs are located on the same street. Everything is within easy walking distance – it couldn't be more central. This vacation was the best we've ever had. We will be talking about it for a long time and will always look back on it with great memories. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, John. He truly won our hearts and made our vacation something very special. We also booked the airport transfer through him and were picked up immediately upon arrival and taken comfortably to the apartment. We received a warm welcome, everything was shown to us in detail, and the key handover was quick and completely straightforward. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would return anytime.
