The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all necessary equipment, dishes and suplies. It also has a large terase with dining table on it, so we had our breakfasts and dinners there. Beds are very comfortable. Also, our host was more than more than pleasant and helpfull. She was always available for all of our requests. The apartment is located very close to the city centre in a street full of souvenir shops. Distance from the beach is 350m.

The location is great, near the best Kos town beaches and an easy 5 minute walk to the harbour and less than 10 to the old town. Very clean well equipped apartment with comfortable beds. Bedrooms are very quiet being at the back of the property. Much larger balcony than it looks in the pictures. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and after a misunderstanding with the environment tax turned up with a home cooked pizza for us which was much appreciated after a long day!
The shower head holder is broken and needs fixing. Although it works you can’t angle the spray so have to stand right under it in a corner or pushed up against the taps. An easy fix for a well maintained property.
